Q.

can we start solids at 4months. my milk supply is low so I'm thinking of starting solids

A. Hi dear mom No not now. Only breastfeeding is recommended for the babies till six months. If ur breast feed is not enough then u can start with formula milk. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with solids and water.
