#AskTheExpert At which month can I start solids for my baby who is now 4.5 month old? and what is the criteria of starting solids? Also suggest what can I start with..

A. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the bay complete 6 months and do not give baby any food till then and if the bm is not sufficient then give infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug but no solids unless prescribed by your doctor till 6 months
