Can we give salt to 6 month old baby?? As i see a lot of recipes shared for 6 month includes salt

Yes you can add salt in moderation to the food there is no problem with that I’m suggesting you as per what I did as my doctor suggested me and I never faced a problem with it and pack my child always love to eat what I gave so you can definitely go for it
