can we give pediasure to 2 year old child and what is the benefits or otherwise what can we give?

Such supplements are not required they are high in sugar and may have added flavour, do not inculcate healthy eating habits a balanced, homemade diet having variety of food group is adequate to support optimum health and nutrition you can increase nutrition of milk by adding nuts , dry fruits powder Also give milk products
