can we give pediasure or any other supplements for toddlers

But do not be dependent on that and encourage your baby to have proper homemade food for proper nutrition

pediasure can be given after 3 years age
and frankly telling you that there isn't any need of such supplements
give homeprepared freshly cooked food items to your child
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
