Can we give gripe water to baby for chest congestion and cold cough?

it is given to cure stomach upset.
but as a child is too young , please don't use Such things.
it can do no good.
for cold and cough , I advise to give more and more breastfeeds to your child.
it Contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial Infections.
you can apply warm paste of Turmeric powder and water on chest ,back and sole of your child.
give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
