can we give apple carrot puree for 6 months old daily and how much apple and carrot mixed quantity can we give?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. You can take one apple and half a carrot that’s what you can do but you do not have to boil the apple but you have to boil the carrot because since you’re mixing a fruit and a vegetable please take care of that
