can we exclusively breastfeed babies until one year if the babies appetite is satisfied?? will babies get all the necessary nutrients from breastmilk for such a long duration?

A. Hello mom no as after the age of 5 to 6 months they demands increases as per calories and also nutrients and alone mothers feed won’t be sufficient for him so would suggest to continue your feed and alternate it with solids as well
