Q.

#asktheexperts I want to exclusively breastfeed my baby, but I feel that she isn't satisfied just with it and has to be given even formula. How do I know that my baby is getting enough through breastfeed?

A. Adequate wet diapers or nappies. Colorless and odourless urine minimum 6-7 times a day. If you have a good supply of milk then then the baby seeming lethargic and calm while feeding can be a sign that the tummy is full. If the baby is fussy after feeds, then his/hunger little tummy is still hungry. focus on eating healthy to ensure sufficient milk.

A. Hello mom If you have no idea that how much Milk you are getting done in such case you can use Babyhug breast form and can express your breast milk. Rather than this you can continue giving breast milk and formula milk both. Even formula milk contains all the nutrition is we need so there is no need to give anything else
