Yes Of course you can continue feeding the child it will have no negative effect on you but you just have to be cautious about your breast feed because you’ve taken a medicine so I think it is going to have an impact on the breastfeeding amount so try to have good amount of water and Phiber is to maintain hydration and good amount of breastfeeding for the child
