ExpertPriyanka BhawalkarNutritionist4 years agoA. Hi , not actually , for the proper growth and development of the baby ,you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby is 6 months old , after that you can start weaning

Surbhi MalhotraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. You should wait for atleast 1 month more for top up food. a baby need to adjust their tummy in digestion for to up food. And whatever they need it's fulfilled through breastfeeding.
