ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 weeks agoA. dear mum , after 6 mth complete begin home food soft n mashed , consistency like ghee variety of home food one by one - veg , fruit , dal , khichdi , dal rice add ghee start few teaspoon 2 times then 3 times
