can someone tell me my baby having these rashes 1st it came to private part and then spreading all over body,is this chicken fox?

A. Your child has a skin infection. Maintain hygiene, avoid creams or lotions that may worsen it, and consult a doctor. Apply T-Bact cream three times daily until then.meet dr f
