can mom breastfeed to 4 week old baby, if having viral fever

Yes if the mom is having fever she can feed the child there is no problem with that also you should take a proper medication suggested by your doctor general physician or your gynaecologist whoever would go ahead with you can consult your doctor for your medications as well
