U Can feed your child during fever normal viral and even if your Covid 19 positive the paediatricians always say at the doctors also say that you can definitely continue feeding the child but if have any cold issue or sneezing or anything then definitely you should use a mask to protect your child from catching an infection otherwise you can continue breastfeeding
