as per the recommendations mother can take any brand of vaccine which is available in the market for corona infection.
also can cogntinue breastfeeding if going on. also mother can go for breastfeeding immediately after vaccination and if fever and pain occurs mother can take paracetamol.
the vaccine is totally safe

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
