can i use rosemary oil/water during breast feeding

A. yes you can use Rosemary oil during breastfeeding also there is no harmful effects of that. during breastfeeding you should avoid more of skin applications or intake of medications more and try to concentrate on nutritious diet intake

A. i have hairfall. my vitamin d level is very low, i am taking medicine also. rosemary oil or water which is most preferred for feeding mom and how to use it, please reply mam
