A. hello parents you can to take vitamin e supplementation if prescribed by your doctor take a well balanced nutritious diet and lots of fruits and vegetables in the diet and dry fruit powder in the diet

A. Hello dear parent! Supplements for whatsoever reasons should be taken only on doctor’s advice. Avoid self medication. Better to consult your doctor for further advice. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
