#ask the expert am 25 years old i have one daughter18 month old. my breast is paining last 8 month i consult doctor she tell if any fat in your breast gives vit e capsule but my breast is very painful what is my problem? what can i do?

A. hello I actually just tried to take good hot fomentation bathing especially while taking bath into the best part use hot water massage the breast once in a while and also follow as per your doctor's advice and if it is very much painful try to take the second opinion also physical examination would be better
