Iske piche kuch zaroori wajah ye hain: Bacche par asar: Ye dawai maa ke doodh (breast milk) ke zariye bacche tak pahunch sakti hai, jisse bacche ka blood pressure low hone ka darr rehta hai. Behtar options: Lactation ke waqt doctors aksar doosri blood pressure ki dawaiyan (jaise Enalapril ya Methyldopa) dete hain jo breastfeeding ke liye zyada safe maani jaati hain. Zaroori Mashwara: Apne doctor se baat kiye bina ye dawai shuru ya band na karein. Aap unse kisi safe alternative ke baare mein pooch sakte hain jo aapki health aur bacche dono ke liye sahi ho.
