NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello if you are not feeling well then yes you can be taking dolo 650 while you are breastfeeding A baby which is not the problem.. it is only medication which is safe to be taken when you are breast feeding your baby and it will not affect baby not a problem
