Can I take Shilajit while breastfeeding? Will it harm my baby?

I don’t think so you would be advised to take this one as of now but still if you want to take it you can check with your gynaecologist she will tell you whether should you be taking it or not as your breastfeeding mother during this time to be very particular with certain kind of medication so better to check with your doctor before you take it
