do not take it in excess of it.
do have healthy meals including lots of green veggies, fresh fruits and drink lots of fluids.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl5 months agoA. Yes you can take them that actually good to control your extra cravings and everything but that does not mean that you cut onto your diet eat healthy that is what I’m going to say and there is no problem in taking apple cider vinegar during this time
