Can I take lyser D for my leg pain. I am into 8th month and my gynoclogist suggested this medicine. please suggest

A. as far as possible it is better to take paracetamol for relief of pain leg Dolo 650 if the pain is more there is no problem taking the medicine one for twice given by the doctor
