Hello dear parent,according to the symptoms a proper physical examination needs to be done by your doctor to get the appropriate treatment suggestions after clinical evaluation. it is difficult to comment herelike this. only after knowing proper finding regarding the clinical signs and symptoms it is possible to advise appropriately.. your examining doctor is the best judge to assess the condition and treat accordingly.take care .

Hi If your doctor knows that you are breastfeeding and your doctor has advised you to go ahead with any antibiotic then you can go for it because of the doctor know that you are a breastfeeding mom then they would advise you to go ahead with the right auntie and the safest antibiotic only
