Q.
Can I start solids with my 4 month old? She is really interested in solids. She has a good head control and opens mouth when we hold a spoon near her mouth.

you have to give only breastfeeding /milk to the child till completion of 6 months of age and before 6 months of age if you are giving any type of outside food or complementary feeding it can cause digestion problem in the child.
no need to give water also because breast milk contains 80% of water and water also is given after six months of age odnly.
it is advisable to continue the the multi vitamin and supplement medicines given by your doctor.
