Q.

#asktheexpert can I start solids with my 4 month old baby? She has a good head control and shows interest when we eat something infront of her. Her weight is 8kg.

A. no dear solids should be introduced after baby completes six months.. remember one new food one at a time it is exclusively breast feeding recommended after baby completes six months..
