can i sit with crossed legs after 1.5 months of normal delivery but i had a perinial cut(suture)

Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits
Vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Stay hydrated
Offer different varieties of food
