can I let my 2 year old sleep with fever or should I wake him up for medicine

A lot of doctors say that when the child was sleeping constantly that means the child is comfortable so there is no need to give medicine by waking up your child the temperature is rising you can do corresponding and when your child wakes up that’s the time when you give medicine to the child
