It may be supine, lateral, prone (on tummy) legs up, 
No need to worry for that positions. 
Don't change baby's position forcefully if Baby is sleeping comfortably with any position.
Feed as per baby's demand only. 
Exclusive breast feed ur baby till 6months of age 
Keep a watch on urine output 
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.

 if you have any more doubt you can get examination done once by the doctor available nearby and get further guidance regarding this.
