Q.
can I have Spock food like chicken while breastfeeding???.... will my 3 month baby feel spicy while breastfeeding??... does the spicy taste in breast milk??

please avoid spicy and oily food.
eat protein rich diet.
stay hydrated.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day ..

U Can I have non-veg food there is nothing wrong with that but not spicy food of course if you eat spicy or child is going to suffer heart one acidity irritation because of that so you have to be very particular in what you are eating specially when it comes to eating spices
