can i go to Kashmir with my baby in January

A. She’s going to be freezing in Kashmir that time I don’t personally suggest you to go for it because what happens is when the snow is there when it is freezing catch an infection and cold really fast and it’s going to be difficult for you to manage if you want to go I will not say you should not go but I would not suggest you to go with a small child
