ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. if you have sufficient breast milk then you should continue breastfeeding exclusive retail complete 6 month of each because the initial portion of breast milk contains water that takes care of hydration so instead of giving water you should breastfeed
