No dear mom you should exclusively breast feed your baby till Six months and afterwards start weaning foods and water as mother's milk is the complete food for the baby and contains all the essential nutrients required for the healthy growth and development of your baby

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, it is always recommended to give semi solids to baby post 6 months of age. Till then only breast milk or formula milk is recommended.
If you still wish to give semi solids now then consult with your paediatric once.
