when your baby is close to 8 or 9 months old you can introduce a small bite of paneer . a few months later, you can start increasing the quantity of paneer to around two cubes, four times a week.

better not for now
as she gets couple of pairs of teeth she can be given th same but make sure to cook it well and make sure to start with very small quantity
take care as she's very young and there is hazzrad of chocking
