can I give nestum for my 7moths old preterm baby as she is not gaining weight?

A. Dear mum, it is better not to give any sort of commercially available packaged foods as they contain sugar, which is not healthy. Continue to breastfeed. Consistency of food should be like that of ghee. Add ghee to every meal. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Consistency of food should be like that of ghee. Do not give watery food.

A. Hello mom if she is able to sit by her self and also able to balance her head .. you may Go ahead and start weaning foods for him which is now required to support his growth nutritional needs .. start with Liquids first and then semi solids and mashed foods prefer to give home cooked foods
