Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl2 weeks agoA. If you are using 250 MG then yes you can give half the medicine to the child not 500 MG but I would still recommend you to prefer giving syrup it’s easier for the child to consume otherwise 250 MG is fine if your child over the weight of 28
