ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, no, you should not give gripe water to your 3 weeks old baby. gripe water is unnecessary and dangerous and can cause infection to your baby. some of them also contain alcohol and opium like substances. you should avoid giving it.
