ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, you should not give gripe water to your 3 moms old. It is unnecessary and dangerous and can cause infection to your baby. Some of them also contain alcohol and opium like substances. You should only breastfeed your baby till 6 months.
