Q.
Can I give gripe water to 5 month 21 days old baby boy? He is having too much of loose motion from birth till now.. Will it be alright to give gripe water?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with manfyagement for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterfial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Grape water is the most risky thing for the health of your child you should never give water to the child it’s the most unhealthy kind of thing that you can ever introduce to the child with a lot of side-effects to start with so please don’t ever give it to the child think there is a problem talk to the Dr
