Can I give fish cod liver oil and diet for 7year old. She tends to bloat frequently.

Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein.

break fast as poha cheela suji halwa upma dosa uthapam idly cornflakes chocos
mid morning any fruits
lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad
evening snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka
dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
