can i give dates nd nuts for my baby..he is completed one year..is that dates make cold?

It s a myth that any food products like ghee orange or egg can cause cold. Give all food items when cold whatever baby prefers

Dear mother yes you can give dates and other in that city you are baby you need to start it with a little quantity initially this is because the dates and nuts or hot by nature no dates does not causes cold it is just that if a child is congested you should avoid giving anything that is heavy to digestWrite Your Answer Here
