can i give conduct drops for cold as she ( 3 months old) is sneezing ? if yes then wat whould b the dosage?

I Wouldn’t recommend you to give any medicine to the child without consulting the doctor as that would not be the right thing to be done suffering with cold running nose or block close to please talk to your doctor about it and then you go ahead with the medicine
