can I give banana to my 10 month 13 days old baby in winter?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, can give it in winter. Try giving banana to your baby during the day, especially before noon so that its nutrients are best absorbed.
If it couse constipation than reduce the quantity and also give fibour rich food simultaneously.

yes you can give.
but as some babies don't feel comfortable with banana during winter ,it is better to start with small quantity and check whether your child is comfortable with it or not
