can I give 02 syrup for infant 3 months old age , suffering from diarrhoea last 3 days , 5_6 times daily with mucus , not relieved by colimax

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis whered symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions aref associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
