Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis whered symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions aref associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
