my son 2 and 5 month old suffering from fever last 3 days which syrup I give him

A. give pcm for the febr. Running nose and cough cold may be due ti seasonal changes and steam is effective in this . Also can be given as home remedy 2 to 3 times in a day . Asthakind ls can also be given 3 times for coughadn paracetamol for the fever .
