ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, 3 months is too early to feed cerelac or any other top food to your baby. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
