My baby is 3 months old, when to start feed cerelac to my baby? is cerelac good to feed the babies?

Ramya ReddyMom of 3 children2 years agoA. please check the ingredients before you give cerelac. most of the cerelac contains more refined sugar than vitamins or minerals they show off. please see the below picture. the sugar is 24 GM's where as the minerals and vitamins are in milli grams

After completing the age of six months only you can start feeling any external food to the child and know the food that you are willing to give is a package food it has no nutritional benefit and has hidden content of sugar which is very unhealthy for a child
