ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. your baby is four month old, so Baby should be breast feed exclusively till 6 months of age. No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi no please don't give baby is too young. so I advise to give breasfeeding only don't give anything to eat or drink other than the breastmilk and needed medicines till 6 months age.
