Can i eat rusk daily around 4 to 6? will it affect baby in anyway like gas???

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it will not affect by gas. but this is the time to eat healthy, Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals.
Consume more protein rich food,
Include more Green vegetables, fresh fruits, lots of protein rich food
